This free hotel theme owns a clean and modern design made of straightforward elements. I think that this design follows the standard rules of a business theme and it's just clear and clean.

Other Elements

The dominant colors of this free hotel theme are green, which gives a sense of fresh and relaxing. Moreover, the Hotel Paradise theme gives you 2 more primary tones: romantic purple or dazzling and sweet pink.

As for the typography, there are different styles of Lato font like being big and bold, thin and slim, so Hotel Paradise looks more straightforward and clean, readable with this kind of typography.

Besides the full-width layout, which brings an extensive and open look for the site, you have another container layout. It's not a bad idea if you're into this style.

When I reviewed this theme, I found that there are quite many elements in the header and footer. So I think that's why the footer area takes a large space like this. That avoids conflict between different elements. However, in the demo, which represents pro version, these menus and copyright texts are dissimilar to the real free version.

The header has no specialty until you turn to other inner pages. The header image is made to be unique like a 3D image. It's a strong emphasis on design.

Next, Hotel Paradise has a homepage designed in a polite manner and adequate attraction. The most interesting element perhaps is the full-width featured slider with the rapid transition. The transition happens so quickly when I scroll the mouse. That creates strong emphasis when people first set foot on the site, but it somewhat "dizzies" me.

But other sections on the homepage are well-designed. Especially, the full-width parallax section makes the front page more lively.

Now, let move to the single post page. At first sight, I'm really impressed by the zoom-in effect of the featured image. I believe it's a good way to attract people despite the featured image is not so big and prominent.

Built based on the latest technology, this free hotel theme is fully responsive. That means it looks perfect on any kind of screen.

One-click demo import compatible with Theme Demo Importer plugin is the advanced tool to help you have a website like a demo very easily and quickly. You can make use of it to make a based site before starting. But remember to install all the recommended plugin first to have proper demo import.

Otherwise, you can handle this theme in the traditional way. That's not challenging, but it requires you to set up the static homepage and homepage template, which is quite different from other business themes.

But remember that free version lacks some features and sections so your website can be different from the demo (which is the pro version) to some extent like the Contact page and Service page.

Because this is the free version, it has no custom widget and additional templates for the Service and Contact page.

Plus, I found no pricing option and capacity option like the demo. Perhaps it's only supported in Pro version.

There are still enough features for a hotel theme site like Book Now section, Service section. But I think you should install some plugin to completely built a hotel booking website with more advanced features that are not available in this theme.

The ultimate way to customize Hotel Paradise is by using Customizer. There are enough necessary options to edit the primary and basic features in an easy manner.

Customizing the front page sections is extremely simple. Without adding code or complicated steps, you can create your custom content easily.

Then, I try adding one more and one more item in this section. I guest that you are even allowed to add as many items as you want. So you can freely display your room without any limitation.

But the Service section just let you add three items. That's quite modest if you have a big hotel and many services to showcase. On the other hand, adding and changing icons in this section is super convenient. The diversity of available icons in the library brings you to a world of creativity. Just click your favorite one and it will show up properly.

Finally, there are a lot of general options to help you personalize this theme, from color, background, header image to layout, footer text, ... Although each section is not really powerful, a vast of sections can make considerable changes. They are also easy to deal with even for a beginner like me.

I verified SEO by some special methods and found that it hasn't been effectively optimized for SEO yet. Therefore, you should find SEO plugins to completely optimize it.

Now, there is no documentation for this free hotel theme although I tried to find it. I just found the documentation for the pro version. However, after skimming it, I think you can apply some parts of this documentation for free version.

Theme's author can help you resolve your issue in the WordPress support forum. But in the support forum of theme shop, I just find the support forum of Hotel Paradise Pro, not the free version.
