There is a tone of demos from Zakra with different designs but it's easily seen that all the demos focus on cleanness and brightness. Besides, the layouts are well-spaced, so airy and make people feel comfortable to view.

You can use the Elementor page builder to create your own style based on these demos, or just use your creativity to start a brand-new template.

Other elements

Commonly, black texts and white background is a safe choice for a professional website and Zekra is in the same line except for the Lawyer demo. This beautiful classy demo follows the "serious" and bold style for a lawyer firm. I like this demo the most because it's the most different and stylish.

Sometimes, the author adds some piece of colorful elements. Therefore, the demos become pretty creative. You can recolor your own website when using this free WordPress multipurpose theme.

The typography is also varied depending on the kinds of the demo. But generally,  I believe that the author did a good job of choosing wise typography for each demo.

The general layout is not fixed. You can choose one of the three styles: full-width, box, and container. They all make every element look reasonable and arrange them in a nice way.

All the free demos choose a full-screen header image to seize people's attention. The header elements are arranged in a logical order to cause no annoyance to users, for example, this demo looks great with a large header image and well-organized header elements.

You can choose one among the three header styles from the author. I captured the images of the three styles to write this review so that you can figure out which is suitable for you.

There are diverse ways to showcase your homepage: beautiful minimal grid style, extremely stunning style with the creative layout and large, fancy images, one-page design or simple classic page using the beauty of typography. Each has different fans of its own. As for me, I love the luxurious Restaurant demo and classic Wedding demo the most.

Responsive

This free WordPress multipurpose theme is built to adapt to any viewports, even mobile devices so it's still beautiful when being used in smartphones and tablets.

It's easy to install and make this theme run, even run a demo importer is a piece of cake. After activating the ThemeGrill Demo Importer plugin in the needed action tab, the list of demos shows up like this:

Just choose one without Premium tag because you're using free Zakra, not pro one. I counted and fount that Zakra has about 13 free demos, a lot to use, right? The importing process is fast and very smooth. My website looks exactly like the Main demo ver. except for the fact that the special icons aren't displayed properly.

The manual set up takes your huge amount of time because you have to use Elementor page builder to design your homepage.

The themes itself boast of the ability to compatible with page builder like Elementor. Besides, it supports WooCommerce so you can sell anything on your website.

Customize With Page Builder

Zakra invites you to create your own template by Elementor page builder. You can have all the standard modules from the free Elementor plugin, enough to design a business website, corporate website or an online shop with needed features.

Customize using Customizer Tool

If you don't use Elementor, Customizer will provide you adequate basic customization tools. But it's impossible to have a front page with many advanced sections like the demo.

Still, there are a lot of interesting things you can do here.

For instance, in the Typography section, many custom font sections can help the look of your website so different like this.

Althouth the font list just has standard fonts, the number of fonts here is adequate to use and quite diverse. However, some font sections like some Heading weren't changed when I customed them. So I guess that there is some mistake with these parts.

Let move to another part. Changing color for some sections is easy with unlimited colors to choose from.

While customizing the header main area, you can also color some elements here and even choose a background image for the menu as I did. Be careful to choose a suitable image because it may make this area a mess as I tried. And remember that you're not able to crop the image so you should cut it before uploading.

Interestingly, a static image or video can be added to the header easily. You can choose a video from your media library or insert a URL, but it just allows Youtube URL. That's fine for me as Youtube is enough. I notice that the frame of the video will follow the frame of the header image in the section right under it. So if you want to specify the frame of the header video, you should choose and crop the header image first. However, the video isn't full-width. You can see that it leaves a blank space in the right like that:

Or look unsymmetrical like that if you use a video without specifying the frame size.

Every other editable element in the header is fine for me. Yet if you want to add social icons to the menu bar like the demo, you have to use code. A non-coder like me has to struggle with this HTML section, but eventually, the icons don't show up properly as I expect.

Now that this free WordPress multipurpose theme is compatible with Gutenberg, you can use all the standard post blocks.

The blocks are full-width so that the whole layout of your post looks perfect.

I verified SEO with some special ways and know that some demos of this free multipurpose theme hasn't had good SEO optimization yet. So you have to find a plugin for this feature yourself.

The performance is brilliant on computers while it's a bit slower on mobile devices. It's quite hard to have the speed optimized on both mobile and computer devices so I'm still satisfied with the result.
